We had fun on Cransley this year. In addition to the 166 plant species and 53 bird species that the Nature Conservancy inventoried on Cransley and Big Valley we also saw deer, beaver and coyotes. Thanks to Glenna and Laurence Vigrass and the Bur Oaks on their Qu'Appelle Valley property we started some Bur Oaks from acorns and plan on planting them next summer.
